Yesterday, Gus went to a centennial birthday party at his bowling alley. A fellow bowler named Frank turned 100 on October 9th and he still bowls and drives himself to and from the bowling alley. Gus says that it’s the first centennial birthday party he ever attended and invites listeners to call in and talk about the oldest person they’ve ever known.
Later, Dr. Edward Sri calls in to the show to talk about a new book he co-authored with his wife Beth called “Pocket Guide to Prayer,” available from Ascension Press.
