We're entering our second Christmas with COVID and, with Omicron being the latest variant, Gus invites listeners to call in and share what their level of fear or concern is in getting together with friends and relatives.
Later, Gus talks about birthdays, anniversaries and other family events that fall on or around Christmas Day and invites listeners who have those to call in and share how they celebrate them. Also, every year, right before Christmas, Gus invites listeners who've lost someone over this past year to call in and eulogize and honor them.
And, Dr. Matthew Bunson of EWTN News calls in to talk about some of the latest Catholic news, including more severe restrictions placed on the celebration of the Latin Mass, this weekend's mass obligations because of Christmas falling on a Saturday. Also, he and Gus talk about controversy at the Catholic University of America, which featured some artwork that depicted George Floyd as Jesus, which was stolen.

Where do I find the recipe I heard on your show possibly a rebroadcast on morning of Dec 24th?
It was for something called Cities Cranberries or maybe Cindy’s Cranberries. It had cranberries cooked in pineapple juice with gelatin added and fruit and nuts and then whipped cream with savory things added to it.
Always enjoy listening to your show. A Blessed Christmas Season and Happy 2020!

I went on a radio fast for 6 months, my wife said your paying for it, better use it. I apologize , I didn’t make the Christmas party, 1st time in 12 yrs. I’m extremely busy, no time for anything 🤷‍♀️But I did have this strong urge to reach out to You! May the Lord Bless You & Fill You with His Peace, Richard🙏
