Gus talks about attending his grandson's Little Baseball All-Star game recently. Although a sports fan throughout his life, Gus says that he'd never developed an interest in baseball until his grandson started playing it. He invites listener to call in and share a sport or activity they had no interest in until their child or grandchild got involved in it.

Later, Fr. Leo Patalinghug calls in to give an update on his food truck, Plating Grace & Grub. They had a couple soft openings recently and he's hired two interns who are coming out of the prison system. And, over the course of their conversation, Fr. Leo revealed to Gus that Leo is actually his middle name. His first name is actually Jose and his family calls him "Jo Jo." His mother said they named him Leo after Pope Leo XIII who wrote an encyclical, "Rerum Novarum," that greatly influenced her. Gus invites listeners to call in and share the story of their name or someone in their family.
