Fr. Leo Patalinghug calls in to talk with Gus about several interesting topic, including his reaction to Donald Trump’s victory over Kamala Harris in last week’s presidential election. When Donald Trump won, Fr. Leo posted a political flag on his Twitter page and got some vile feedback and he talks about that with Gus. Fr. Leo is also at home in Baltimore, when the USCCB November Meeting is currently underway, and he talks with Gus about all that’s going on there. The two also talk about their upcoming Duoro River Pilgrimage in Portugal and Spain next year and a little about it their deaths and what music and food they’d like at their funerals.

Later, Bob Dunning calls in and he and Gus begin with Bible Roulette. Bob picks a number that takes him to the Book of Sirach, which leads to a conversation about maple syrup. Later, they talk about the best college football games this weekend, including Clemson v. Pitt, South Carolina v. Mizzou, UGA v. Tennessee and Utah v. Colorado.

Also, Gus talks more about the new Ignatius Old Testament Study Bible he got the other day and decides to use it to play a little Bible Roulette with listeners and also gives away copies of A Minute in the Church to listeners who call in and promise to give it to their pastor once they're done reading it.
