We are in the beginning of graduation season so Gus opens up the phone lines and invites listeners to call in and talk about whether or not they had any career direction when they graduated high school and how it all worked out.
Also, the other day, Gus learned of a hack on YouTube to help him with his air conditioning that involved hot water and vinegar that worked. He invites listeners to call in and share if they learned anything new this week that they'd like to share.
And Dr. Matthew Bunson of EWTN News calls in to talk about some Catholic news items of interest, including the Los Angeles Dodgers re-inviting the anti-Catholic group, the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, to their Pride Night event and the remains of Benedictine Sister Wilhelmena Lancaster found seemingly incorrupted after her remains were exhumed in Gower, Missouri. Also, a ninth priest has been murdered in Mexico in the last four years and the bishops there are demanding an exhaustive investigation by police. Gus and Dr. Bunson talk about the violence that often runs rampant in that country at the hands of cartels and organized crime and an Illinois attorney general report says nearly 2,000 clergy sex abuse cases have taken place in that state over the last 70 years.
