Gus talks about the crisis in Ukraine and how whenever something terrible like this happens, people's generosity increases. Unfortunately, a byproduct of that is how some people will use a humanitarian crisis like this to scam good-hearted people in order to line their own pockets. Gus asks listeners to call in if they've ever gotten scammed.
Later, Gus does an extended round of Tell Me Something Good with listeners.

    Hi Gus,
you mentioned that you will be going to a Parish of Our Lady of Guadalupe.
A couple of months ago, I went to our small Eucharistic Chapel. It is visited throughout the day and all week. It has a full-size image of Our Lady of Guadalupe on a side wall. I wanted to spend a few minutes looking closely at the image.
I’ve seen a number of documentaries about the tilma, but nothing about what I saw that day.
Look at the left forearm of Our Lady. You will see a dark stripe that extends downward on her garment. To the left of it, you might be able to perceive the (partial) image of a bearded man looking downward.
I mentioned it a few days ago to The Guadalupe Shrine of Bedford, England. They could see it.
    Hope you like it.
