Gus is joined by Australian priest-monk Fr. Robert Nixon, OSB, the translator/editor of the new TAN Book, “The Life of Christ Revealed: The Visions of Blessed Veronica of Milan.” She was a 15th century lay sister who was blessed with clear visions of the life of Jesus Christ, which were very similar to Blessed Anne Catherine Emmerich who lived approximately 400 years after her. Fr. Nixon talks a little bit about Blessed Veronica and shares some of her visions that are published in this new book.

Later, Gus does his "Imitation of Christ" reading and reflection. It's a 15th century spiritual classic written by Thomas a Kempis that talks much putting our virtues into practice. Since one of the virtues the author talks about the most is humility, Gus plays the chapter that deals with just that from the audio version of his book “Magnetic Christianity: Using Your God-Given Gifts to Build the Kingdom.”

And it's Monday, so Gus does a couple rounds of Tell Me Something Good with listeners.
