Because there's no morning mass on Holy Thursday, Seize the Day begins a half hour early. With the Mass of the Lord's Supper later today, Gus talks about how that marks the end of Lent and the start of the Triduum, which encompasses Holy Thursday, Good Friday and Holy Saturday.
Gus is joined by several guests today, beginning with archaeologist/author Michael Hesemann who talks about his new book "Jesus of Nazareth: Archaeologists Retracing the Footsteps of Christ."
Later, actor/director/producer Nick Loeb calls in to talk about his new feature film "Roe v. Wade" and discusses what research and planning went into his new movie which will be released tomorrow.
Finally, Catholic theologian and prolific author Dr. Scott Hahn joins Gus to talk about what Christ teaches us on Holy Thursday at the Last Supper where the Eucharist and the priesthood are created by Him. Much of what Scott talks about is covered in his acclaimed book "The Fourth Cup: Unveiling the Mystery of the Last Supper and the Cross."
Also, since Seize the Day won't be live on Good Friday, Gus opens up the phone lines for Prayer Time.
