Gus does an Easter Edition Monday Morning Church Check and talks with listeners how filled, or not, their churches were for any of the Easter masses they attended. He also continues a Seize the Day Easter tradition by inviting newly-minted Catholics, that is, those former RCIA candidates who were welcomed into full communion with the Catholic Church at the Easter Vigil mass, to call in and share their mass experience.
Later, Gus does a couple rounds of Tell Me Something Good with listeners.
St. Anthony Cathedral Basilica was packed Easter morning. It was a wonderful blessing to have the body of Christ. It has been a very long time.
Gus, I’ve been preparing for Devine Mercy Sunday. Looking for that second Baptism and get a fresh start. Are you a believer in Devine Mercy Sunday? I was surprised that some in our faith do not put much weight behind the promises of Devine Mercy Sunday and the clean slate rewarded. I listen to you as offen as I can and heard you mention today 4-5-21 Devine Mercy Sunday on the Churches calendar at the beginning of your show. I’m a big fan and think you do a wonderful job. Thank you for the radio show. Thank you for the inspiration you give listers like me, you touch people mire than you think. Rob
