On Wednesday, we saw another school shooting. This time, it was in the state of Georgia and the assailant was a 14-year-old boy. He was apprehended after killing four and wounding nine, and his father was also charged for murder and several other related crimes. Gus asks listeners if they feel parents should be charged when their underage children commit crimes and invites them to call in.

Also, in today's edition of Friday w/the Fathers, Gus continues with the writings of St. Augustine of Hippo and then opens up the phones for some Friday Prayer Time.

This is such a tragedy for all who are touched by this. Their lives have changed forever. Praying for healing for them and in general for our country. Dear God, let us hear your call, “come to me.”

If they charge Cole as an adult, do they imply that he made the decision as an ADULT? If so, then how can they charge the father for his CHID’s actions?

The boy should be charged as an adolescent, and the father (any parent) should 100% be held accountable for their child’s actions.
