Producer/Director Rob Kaczmark calls in to talk about his latest documentary film, “Heart of a Servant – The Father Flanagan Story,” which opens on Tuesday. Before talking about the movie and how it came about, he talks about his passion for storytelling, his faith and how he got introduced to Fr. Edward J. Flanagan, the founder of Boys Town. He shares with Gus that Fr. Flanagan’s heartfelt approach to ministering to young orphan boys was unprecedented in its time and serves as a model for how it’s done now.
Also, today is the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi, so Gus talks about the saint’s incredible life and legacy and shares how important he’s been to his spiritual life.
And since October is the Month of the Rosary, Gus has decided to dedicate each Friday Prayer Time this month to praying an Intentional Rosary with listeners.
