Fr. Dalton S. Rogers joins Gus in the Conversion Corner. Fr. Rogers is a priest in the Catholic Diocese of Fresno, California. He grew up in the Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod. His conversion process really began in his earliest years as he went to a Catholic school from kindergarten through the eighth grade. By the time he graduated, he had converted to the Catholic faith, and, in high school, really felt himself being called more fully to the Lord high school despite having a girlfriend who eventually became his fiancé. Despite receiving signs from God that the priesthood was his calling, he still had plans on becoming an attorney. He shares with Gus and the listeners how he came about entering into his vocation.

Afterwards, Gus talks about signs from God. In his Conversion Corner segment earlier, Fr. Dalton Rogers talked about a few signs he received, which he believes were from God. Even his fiancé says she saw a vision of him as a priest. Gus asks listeners to call in if they’ve ever received a sign from God.

Later, Bob Dunning calls in for a special Wednesday edition of his weekly segment. He has a scheduling conflict on his usual Thursday slot. He and Gus talk the time change, the International Dateline and Gus asks him some Lenten questions like what he eats on Fridays, what was the toughest thing he’s ever given up and others.

And Gus continues his daily Lenten exercise of reading and reflecting from "Imitation of Christ," the 15th century spiritual classic written by Thomas a Kempis.
