Valentine's Day, February 14, 2020

Well, it's Valentine's Day, or St. Valentine's Day, and Gus gives a little history on the saint whose feast we traditionally celebrate today Not much is known about him, which is why he was taken off the Roman liturgical calendar in 1969. Though he's still considered a saint, all we know is that he lived in 3rd century Rome and was martyred. Gus asks listeners to call in and share what Valentine's Day means to them.

Gus continues his tribute to National Marriage Week by inviting listeners to call in and share their marriage proposal stories and, later, asking those who are in a mixed marriage; that is, one spouse is Catholic and one is not, to call in and share their stories.
