Gus reads a piece from Crux about the release of a preparatory document on the Synod of Bishops on the Amazon at the Vatican in early October. In the document, is a discussion of veri probati, or tested married men being ordained to the priesthood. In that region of the world, there is one priest for every 16,000-17,000 Catholics so it will fulfill a need. Gus asks listeners if this is a litmus test for universal married priests?

    Hi Gus
Really enjoy listening to your program!

Listened to your program on the Synod of Bishops on the Amazon and was wondering if you have had a chance to watch the World Over Raymond Aroyo, with Father Murray’s take on it? Lifecite news has it posted .
    Worth while watching!
I found Fr Murray made a lot of sense of it.

    God Bless
