Also, Gus gives an update to the case of Planned Parenthood vs. David Daleiden. Back in 2015, Daleiden, through his organization the Center for Medical Progress, released a series of undercover videos showing Planned Parenthood negotiating financial transactions for fetal organs and tissue, which is illegal. The judge presiding over the case, William H. Orrick, fined him $195,000 after his legal team violated a gag order. Orrick has be proven to have ties to Planned Parenthood and his legal team unsuccessfully attempted to have him removed. He has since started a GoFundMe page to help pay the fine.
