I was in my car listening to Gus Lloyd this morning and only heard part of the conversation with Dr. Patrick Manning. Unfortunately, I did not hear the entire conversation. My question is: Does Dr. Manning have a book out with the five tips or was it just a discussion topic? If there is a book, where can it be purchased?
