Gus talks about the extent of the damage, which affected much of the roof, and the total loss of the famous central spire, but that the structure, made mostly of stone and marble, remains intact. and how all of the relics, including the Crown of Thorns worn by Jesus on the Cross, were rescued or remained mostly undamaged.
