Gus talks about a story out of the state of Howard County, Maryland where officials there have banned the distribution of the Eucharist at mass in an effort to curb the spread of the coronavirus. Gus minces no words and makes it clear he is outraged at the state telling the Catholic Church how to "do church." He gets listener response.

Later, Gus is joined by Lisa Brenninkmeyer, founder of Walking with Purpose, which is a Catholic Scripture study resource geared to women and young girls. Lisa is also an convert from evangelical Christianity and shares her conversion story with Gus. Lisa loved the church she grew up in and sought to bring the zeal for Scripture she acquired from her religious formation to Catholics after seeing many women with young kids leaving mass seemingly not as satisfied as they could be.

You know that you’re despicably wrong when Jesus himself would encourage church goers to protect themselves & others as a Christian act of empathy, compassion , & kindness. Mr. Lloyd is flat out 100% wrong. & worse than that, he’s encouraging his fellow Catholics to endanger their lives & health. Apparently, Gus seems to care more about his so called “Religious Freedoms” than he does the safety & welfare of his fellow man. BTW. I am Roman Catholic, baptized & confirmed in St. George’s Parish, Glenolden, Pennsylvania.
