Last year, FOX Nation released the faith-based series, “Martin Scorsese Presents: The Saints.” There were four episodes released that featured dramatic portrayals of St. Maximilian Kolbe, St. Joan of Arc, St. Sebastian and St. John the Baptist. Beginning this week, the second half of the season will be released with St. Mary Magdalene. Other episodes feature St. Francis of Assisi and St. Moses the Black. Gus welcomes series creator Matti Leshem to the program to not only talk about the new episodes, but also how this all came to be and what he hopes viewers get out of it. Gus took issue with many of the unscriptural liberties taken with St. Mary Magdalene and talks with Matti about them. Afterwards, Gus talks further about his disappointment in "The Saints’" portrayal of St. Mary Magdalene and asks listeners how they handle a letdown from a director, actor or artist following a series of successes.

Gus also does some Tell Me Something Good with listeners and closes the show with his daily Lenten reading and reflection of Thomas a Kempis' "Imitation of Christ."
