Today, we celebrated Gus' retirement with a live broadcast from the dining hall of his and Michelle's home parish, St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Lutz, Florida. It was an incredibly fun and emotional broadcast filled with tears, laughter and lots of great memories, which told the story of Gus and his incredible radio career. He spoke with many family and friends, including his bride Michelle, his mother, his daughter Emily, many of his former co-workers at Spirit FM and several loyal listeners who made the trek. He got to meet Richard in North Carolina, Marcia in Texas, Jasmine in Florida, Lt. Col. Gomez from the Pentagon and several more.
