Gus and Michelle made it through Hurricane Helene, which hit the Big Bend area of Florida near Tallahassee. Gus says it was dicey at times, and the power flickered on and off for hours, but they never really lost it for a great length of time. Gus provides an update of the most affected areas of Florida, where the storm is now and where it's headed.
Later, Gus gives away copies of "A Minute in the Church" to listeners who call in and get on the air with him and prays the Intentional Rosary with listeners in today's Friday Prayer Time. Also, he continues reading and reflecting on the writings of St. Augustine in today's edition of Friday w/the Fathers.
