Gus is joined by former University of Michigan and NFL Quarterback, Elvis Grbac. Elvis is now a Catholic motivational speaker, evangelist and high school football coach and he shares his faith journey with Gus and the listeners. Afterwards, Gus talks about sports figures who were inspirational to him and invites listeners to call in and share who inspired them.
Gus also takes a few minutes to reflect on the tragic events that took place on this day 19 years ago, Gus does Friday with the Fathers and picks up where he left off last week with St. Clement of Rome's Letter to the Corninthians.
And it's Friday so that means Prayer Time on Seize the Day.
