Recently in Arizona, a bill was passed that prevents hospitals from preventing chaplains of any kind from being prevented from ministering to any patient who requests one. Over the course of the coronavirus pandemic, we saw that around the country and across the globe. The author of the bill, State Rep. Quang Nguyen, calls in to the program to talk about what inspired it, what it covers and doesn't cover and how hospitals and others feel about it.
