On Tuesday of this week, Gus couldn’t go live because of technical difficulties at SiriusXM. That day was the Feast of St. Cyril of Jerusalem, one of the early Church fathers. He planned on reading some excerpts from "Faith of the Early Fathers" by William F. Jurgens and since he couldn’t do it then, he does it in today’s edition of Friday w/the Fathers.
Also, Gus does his Friday Prayer Time with listeners and reads and reflects on Thomas a Kempis' 15th century spiritual classic, "The Imitation of Christ."
