Gus talks about today’s First Reading from Ezekial 37. In it, the Holy Spirit leads the prophet to a field of dry human bones and tells him to prophesy to the bones that God would bring them to life. He does and the bones begin to connect along with sinew and flesh. Still, there’s no life until God puts the Holy Spirit into them. God urges us to pray to the Holy Spirit and ask for him, or more of him, to fill you. and invites listeners to call in and talk about their relationship with the Holy Spirit. Gus talks about his relationship with the Holy Spirit and invites listeners to call in and talk about theirs.
Later, Gus continues with the writings of St. Augustine of Hippo in today's edition of Friday w/the Fathers and then engages in some Friday Prayer Time with listeners.
