Gus is in a musical mood this morning on Seize the Day. First, he starts off asking listeners what is their desert island Christmas disk. As usual, they doesn’t disappoint and we listen to Christmas carols by Frank Sinatra, Barbra Streisand, Josh Groban, Mannheim Steamroller and many others.

And then, Rock & Roll Hall-of-Famer Dion DiMucci sits down with Gus in the Conversion Corner. Dion’s music career spans from his time with Dion in the Belmonts in the late-1950s, with hits like I Wonder Why, A Teenager In Love and into the 1960s with solo hits in Runaround Sue, Ruby Baby, Abraham, Martin And John and many others. Dion grew up in the Bronx in a non-practicing Catholic household and became a born-again Christian in the late-1960s. He reverted to his Catholic faith in the late-1990s and has remained a faithful Catholic ever since. He shares his magnificent story. You can listen to the interview in its entirely here.
