Gus talks about a poll that was published recently by YouGov, which says that a large number of people believe that the clergy sex abuse scandal rocking the Catholic Church was done by a multitude of priests, which is untrue. These horrific acts were done by a very small percentage of priests. The poll also states that 11% of lapsed Catholics say they know someone who was abused by a priest compared to only 6% of practicing Catholics who know someone. Gus asks listeners if they know someone who was sexually abused by a priest.
Also, Gus is joined by Bill Gent in the Conversion Corner. Bill grew up Catholic, and even considered the priesthood as a young man, but eventually left it. He joined a Baptist church and became a minister. He shares with Gus how God brought him back to the Catholic faith.
