Gus is joined in his Tampa studio by John Fairweather who is involved in 40 Days for Life for about a year. He is a convert from the Baptist faith and he talks with Gus about his experiences praying outside of abortion clinics.

Also, Gus talks about switching parishes. It's something that's not uncommon and there are myriad reasons for parishioners changing parishes. Gus invites listeners to call in and talk about why they switched parishes.

And, Gus talks about a religious liberty case out of Florida where, back in 2015, the Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) refused to allow two Christian high schools, who were playing against each other in the state football championship game, to broadcast a pre-game prayer over the loudspeaker. The FHSAA said that the PA system was state-owned and therefore unconstitutional. It led to a lawsuit and the FHSAA's position was upheld by a federal district judge. Earlier this week, a U.S. Court of Appeals reversed the decision in favor of the schools, saying it violated free speech laws and didn't not intend to enforce a state religion.
