Gus does Phase II of Project Christmas with our friends at Operation Once-in-a-Lifetime whose purpose is to assist military veterans in need. Gus is joined by founder Sgt. Later, Gus asks for prayers for his mother-in-law Tina. She is in her 90s, has Alzheimer's and has recently been placed in the hospital. Because of COVID restrictions, neither Gus' wife Michelle nor any of her sisters are allowed to go see her. Gus says that, on one hand he understands but on the other he struggles with it and questions our humanity in all this. He invites listeners who have gone through this to call in and share their stories.
