Gus welcomes Jeff Joaquin to his home studio. Jeff is a Catholic evangelist who speaks at a lot of parish missions and he shares his story with Gus and his listeners. He grew up in Massachusetts in a practicing Catholic family and, by his senior year in high school, was a top football prospect. He talks about his spiritual downfall, which began with exposure to pornography and taking his teenage girlfriend to get an abortion. He shares his road back to the Catholic faith and the postscript to his abortion story with listeners.

Also, Gus plays an audio clip of NY Gov. Kathy Hochul speaking at a New York's Christian Cultural Center over the weekend where she spoke at the COVID vaccines. She called those in attendance "smart" because they are vaccinated and urged them to go out and "be my apostles" to the unvaccinated because they "aren't listening to God." This is also a politician who rejoiced with others a couple years back when the State of NY passed the most radical abortion bill ever. Gus gives his thoughts on the governor's comments and invites listeners to call and weigh in.

Just when you think Governor Hochul’s had made the most insane message, the hits keep coming! Her request to Mark Z at Facebook about ProLife censorship is horrid.

The next outrageous act was to have the NY National Guard fill all the unvaxxed medical personal that didn’t comply with the NY State mandate…

This is all in less than one week…

Her daughter-in-law is a lobbist for BigPharma, Biogen…there is the ticket!

I just need to pray harder for her and her leadership choices.

I thought Governor (Bishop) Hochul’s message ( I heard only parts of it) was the most ridiculous , demeaning and sacrilegious talk I have heard from a politician in a long time. Yes, as you said, from a rabid abortion supporter. God help her!
