Today, Gus' complete attention is focused on the pro-life movement as abortion is on the ballot in many states, including Ohio, which seeks to enshrine abortion up to the moment of birth into its state Constitution. He's joined by Rachel del Guidace, communications director for Ohio Right to Life who calls in to talk about Issue 1. She talks about the history of the measure, the ambiguous language that could lead to a denial of parental rights on the issue of abortion, and who's backing the issue. She also urges Ohioans to go out and vote no on this and to not simply go by what the polls are saying.

Later, Gus is joined by pro-life advocate Nicole LeBlanc who recently wrote an Op-Ed for the National Catholic Register about giving birth to conjoined twins. When she found out in utero that they were conjoined, the default position of many people she talked to, especially in the medical community, was to abort the babies. She never considered it and gave birth. Unfortunately, they passed away 20 minutes later. She shares her experience during that time and afterward, and how it affected her physically and spiritually, which including regular mass attendance, confession and praying of the Rosary.

Lastly, he wraps it up with another Op-Ed featured in the National Catholic Register entitled "The Pro-Life Movement's Achilles Heel" by Professor Daniel Kuebler and his wife, Nellie. The author talks in depth about how the contraceptive mindset has so overtaken our culture and has negatively impacted our collective spiritual side.

The interview with Nicole LeBlanc took my breath away, brought tears to my eyes, broke my heart, and restored my faith in the power of Love to overcome all things, heal all things, and make all things new again. That audio file should be shared with every high schooler in America.
