Every day during Lent, Gus is supposed to perform a Random Act of Kindness on the air, where he picks a random listener and gives him or her a book or a Rosary or something faith related that will bolster their Lenten journey. Well, for the past couple of days, he forgot to do it. It's kind of a microcosm of the average person's Lent. Gus refers to it as a Lenten "Oops" moment. So, he makes amends by giving away individual volumes of A Minute in the Church to listners who call in and get on the air.
Gus again talks about German bishops seeking to establish some sort of interfaith communion service for mixed marriages where one spouse is Catholic and one is Lutheran. Gus talks with listeners who are, or were, in interfaith marriages.
