Gus welcomes Shelton Renz to the Conversion Corner who is a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church where Gus is currently holding a parish mission. He was born and raised Lutheran, though they didn't practice much, and then he met, and fell in love with, a Catholic girl who he later married. When Gus was interviewing Shelton, during one of the commercial breaks, he confessed to Gus that, although he's been a SirusXM subscriber for years, he'd never heard about the Catholic Channel until Gus approached him to be on the show. Gus asks listeners how they found the Catholic Channel.
