Today is the Feast of St. John Vianney, also known as the Cure of Ars. St. John Vianney was a tireless confessor in the anti-Catholic days following the French Revolution, often hearing confessions up to 16 hours a day, every day. Gus uses this as an opportunity to explain the Biblical roots of the sacrament of confession and the theology behind it. Afterwards, Gus invites listeners to call in and share what the sacrament of confession means for them and their spiritual lives.

Also, Gus is joined in the Conversion Corner by Dr. Abigail Favale who, although grew up going to several different evangelical churches, is more of a convert from radical feminism. She shares her journey to the Catholic Church with Gus and the listeners.
