Gus' Camino de Santiago trek continues on and since today is the Feast of St. Augustine of Hippo, he plays Augustine Day-by-Day. It's similar to Bible Roulette where listeners call in, pick a number, and Gus reads them a Bible passage in order to inspire them throughout their day but, instead of the Bible, Gus uses a book he has called Augustine Day-By-Day. It's filled with inspirational quotes attributed to the influential saint. Since Gus isn't in his studio, he plays the game with his fellow pilgrims.
Gus also has a conversation with fellow pilgrim Dino Sifuentez and a man he met along the way, from Melbourne, Australia, named Adam. He also talks about some of the fascinating and bizarre sites along the Camino.
Also, Gus reads and reflects on something he picked up along the way called the Pilgrims' Blessings, which is a list of 10 blessings you may experience while walking the Camino.
