This past Sunday's Gospel was Jesus' parable about a steward who cheats his master. The master discovers this and fires him and demands a full accounting of everything that he's been doing. The steward, eager to save his reputation, rewrites the promissory notes of his master's debtors, subtracting his commission. The master commends him for acting prudently. It can be a confusing parable because it sounds like the steward is still cheating his master. Gus invites listeners to call in and share what they heard from their priest or deacon at mass.
Gus also does a couple rounds of Tell Me Something Good with listeners.
