Sam Guzman, the Catholic Gentleman, joins Gus to talk about his ministry. He is a Catholic writer and speaker and author of several books, including his most recent, "The Catholic Gentleman." Gus and Sam will be speaking together this coming weekend at DeSales University in Allentown, PA.

Gus also updates a couple of news stories he's been following. The first is on the Planned Parenthood vs. David Daleiden court case in which a judge found in favor of PPFA, saying Daleiden caused significant damage to the abortion organization and awarded them $2 million in damages. Daleiden is filing an appeal.

The second is on one he talked about earlier this year out of Michigan. After a teenage boy named Maison Hullibarger took his own life, his family was outraged by the homily given by Fr. Don LaCuesta who they believed was judgmental, inferred that their son was going to hell and did not meet the parameters outlined by the family. The text of the homily has been posted online and there are no references to hell and a focus on Christ's mercy. Well, the family has decided to sue Fr. LaCuesta, the Archdiocese of Detroit and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel parish. Gus says it's shameful that, although the family is hurting, it's a shame they took it to this level. He gets listener comments.

And, it's Monday and that always means we do a little Tell Me Something Good on Seize the Day.
