With the November Meetings beginning today in Baltimore and in light of all that's gone on with the Archbishop McCarrick/clergy sex abuse scandal, Gus asks listeners what they'd say to the bishops if they had an opportunity. Later, John Allen calls in and give a preview of what will be discussed at the November Meetings, including how the clergy abuse scandal will be addressed.

Had a few minutes of program Nov. 13 in car. Gus you have right to comment as well as any other citizen of country or member of Catholic Church. Pope Francis is holy man but does not look at his priests as human, sinful men. We all are sinful. It is time for CC to be honest and realize that sin is a part of our Church. We can only correct those sins if we admit we are sinful people, priests included. I respect the priesthood and thank God for it and for our Pope. It is time to clean up our act and walk in Jesus shoes. I believe this scandal came to the attention of our world because a loving God would not tolerate the way it has been hidden for so long. This is God’s Church and he will stand by only so long and watch us sin. My prayer is that God will open the hearts of our clergy and help them correct this horrible injustice. May God be with them and lead them.
