Gus talks about the importance of going to Sunday mass and tells listeners that we don't go to mass for what we get out of it. Rather, we go in order to give to God and that we only get out of it what we put in. He talks with listeners who struggle with going to mass and often skip out or who've struggled with it at one point and are now regular mass attendees.
Also, Gus prays an Intentional Rosary with listeners and also breaks the news about local police raiding the home of Saginaw, Michigan Bishop Joseph Cistone as well as the chancery because of their uncooperative nature over sex abuse allegations made against Fr. Robert Deland. Afterwards, Gus starts an Intentional Rosary for Prayer Time.
