Earlier this week, when Gus was in Orlando, he had on Corpus Christi Catholic Church pastor Fr. Richard Trout on as a guest and he shared his vocation story. One thing he said really struck Gus and it was seeing his dad cry for the first time at his first mass as a priest. Gus talks about the first time he ever saw his dad cry and invites listeners to call in and share their stories.
Also, it's Friday and that means Prayer Time on Seize the Day. Gus makes it an intentional Rosary. And, later, Gus does a round of Get to Know Me with listeners and gives away prizes he purchased at the parish mission.
And, we wrap up this week with Walk for Life West Coast Co-Chair Eva Muntean who talks about the big event tomorrow, Saturday, January 27th and urges local listeners to come on down and join the walk.
