Derya Little joins Gus in the Conversion Corner. Derya grew up in Turkey and was raised in the Muslim religion. She talks about her harrowing conversion, which she talks about in detail in her recently published memoir “From Islam to Christ: One Woman’s Path through the Riddles of God.”
Later, Gus is joined by Fr. Norbert Maduzia, pastor at St. Ignatius of Loyola Church in Spring, Texas, which was hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. Fr. Norbert talks about the trials and inspirations he’s encountered in the storm’s wake.
Inspired by Fr. Nobert’s story, Gus talks with listeners about times in their lives they’ve experienced random acts of kindness and heroism.
