Gus starts off today by talking about a court case in Louisiana that seems to be headed down a path to the Supreme Court. Fr. Jeff Bayhi, a priest in the Diocese of Baton Rouge, is being ordered by a judge to reveal what was said to him in confession regarding the alleged abuse of a minor by men who attended his church. Also, Gus got an email from a fan recently who said that he gets uncomfortable whenever his priest walks around among the parishioners during his homily. So Gus asks his listeners if they like that or if homilies can sometimes get too theatrical.
