It’s just a day after the monumental Hobby Lobby Supreme Court decision and Gus is still processing the information. The SCOTUS decision ruled that the company owners will not be required to violate their faith by including four potentially life-terminating drugs and devices in the company’s health insurance plan or pay severe fines.

David Nammo, president and CEO of Christian Legal Society helps Gus sift through all of this. David tells him that one element which really helped the outcome of this case was the 1993 Religious Freedom Restoration Act. To read more about that, click here.
