Also, Gus talks with Becket Fund Legal Counsel Adele Keim about the Supreme Court’s decision that the lower courts should again review the cases involving the Little Sisters of the Poor and others vs. the HHS Mandate. This is considered a big win for the Little Sisters as it most likely will force the federal government to make some concessions.
