Today Gus asked about what you do with items that charities and non-profits send you unsolicited in the mail, like coins, address labels, holy cards, etc. Listeners called in to share what they do. Many donate them to churches for youth groups or confirmations classes. Others put them in “blessing bags” to give to the homeless.
Steve Weidenkopf, author of The Real Story of Catholic History: Answering Twenty Centuries of Anti-Catholic myths, joined Gus to help refute many myths that have been perpetuated through the ages and still exist today.
