Gus welcomes Dr. Tim Muldoon from Boston College on today’s Seize the Day. The resident scholar recently published a report that examines the influence of college experiences on vocations to the priesthood in the United States. To check out the full report, click here.

In light of that interview, Gus asks listeners if they know a young man or woman in their lives who they think may have a religious vocation.

And since it’s June, the traditional month of weddings, Gus asks listeners what their wedding was like; whether it was big or small, expensive or on the cheap.

Near the end of the show, former Seize the Day producer Emily Kavanaugh calls in to the program to talk a little World Cup Soccer smack. You see, Emily is a German national and a rabid soccer fan and the U.S. and Germany square off today in an elimination game. Each gives their predictions on how it will all play out.
