Also, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals in Denver has ruled against the Little Sisters of the Poor who challenged a provision in the HHS Mandate that required them to provide contraception in their health care coverage. Stephanie Barclay, of the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, called in to give us an update and talked about where the Little Sisters go from here.
