In light of this past weekend’s Easter mass, Gus asks his listeners if they’ve ever been to mass with family or friends who are Catholics, but not practicing. If they get in the communion line, do you say anything or do you just let it pass?

Also, Gus welcomes Caroline Brennan, regional information officer for Asia at Catholic Relief Services, who recently returned to the U.S. from Syria where CRS is helping more than 100,000 Syrian refugees who’ve fled the violence in their homeland. Life as a refugee is a daily challenge, and Catholic organizations—CRS and partners, including Caritas and the Good Shepherd Sisters are working together to help in many ways.
