Happy New Year!
Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Some people do, some don’t. I know lots of people who don’t because they have failed at so many in previous years. Actually, I fail at my resolution every year. But that doesn’t stop me from making another! Each year I make a Biblical resolution. I take a passage from Scripture and resolve to work on that throughout the year. (That’s why I fail every year.) I encourage you to give it a try. Here is my Biblical New Year’s Resolution for 2015:
Romans 12:2 – Do not conform yourselves to this age but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and pleasing and perfect.
Father, may I (we) be transformed more and more in 2015 to become what you desire us to become, and to do your will. Amen.
