In today’s Gospel reading from Luke, Jesus says, “This generation is an evil generation; it seeks a sign but no sign will be given it,” and recalls the story of Jonah, caught in the belly of the whale for three days, which changed the hearts of the people of Ninevah. Based on this, Gus asks listeners about a time in their lives when they received a very clear sign from God.
